Joseph J Lachnit III

Original visionary and co-founder of FHAF, currently serving as a Command Sergeant Major, with 21 out of the last 25 years in Army Special Operations, including over 15 deployments to the Middle East. His commitment to honor the fallen includes him leading a team to the top of Mt. McKinley, AK to lay the names of Rangers recently killed in action on its summit. CSM Lachnit presently holds the highest Top Secret clearance available.

Mr. Lachnit has 20+ years  of business experience with two international non-profits, one with offices in 55 countries and the other with 100+ international affiliate offices. Joe Sr. is currently serving as Executive Director of Freedom Has A Face. ​

Joel Rohrs

Vice President of Andersen construction, Western Region Joel oversees hundreds of millions of dollars in building throughout Washington State and beyond. He has a passion for the military, veterans and in particular our fallen military and their families.  https://www.andersen-const.com.

Rick Hooker

Owner of Full Spectrum Visual, his skills include filming/editing, photography, audio engineering and webcasting. Formerly a senior trainer for Itron, an international multi-billion dollar technology company. Rick has extensive knowledge in the Adobe platform and developing cutting-edge media presentations.​

Didi MacPherson

​Gold Star Mother of SGT Thomas MacPherson, KIA October 2012. It was Didi's daughter, Jessica that first penned the phrase, “freedom has a face.” Didi MacPherson is currently president of Alliance Printing Associates. http://www.apabrandu.com

SMG. Ray Barrett

​SGM Ray Barrett (Retired) – Olympia, WA:  Former U.S. Army, 75th Ranger Regiment retired (24 years). Currently Operational Advisor, Yorktown Systems Group Inc. 

Barbara Hollace

Works in the NYC financial community for CallStreet, a division of FactSet. Barbara is an editor at large and conducts seminars for new writers. She has also written 12 novels and has been published in 14 books. Barbara is proudly the wife, daughter and granddaughter of military veterans.

Matt Crotty

Criminal Attorney of Crotty and Son PLLC. Matt is a former Army Ranger and retired from the Washington Army National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel and Company Commander at Ft. Murray, WA. ​

Richard Olson

​Rick has 38 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of various healthcare projects. He is a dynamic project team leader with a background as an architect/senior project manager for a local established general contractor and director/project manager for a large healthcare system utilizing design-build project delivery. Richard is skilled in building highly effective project teams through recognition of individual strengths and creating an open and trusting team environment.

Garry Thomas

A senior programmer, Mr. Thomas has been  doing various forms of programming since the use of punch cards. Garry is directly responsible for the architecture of the FHAF website.
